The initial connection was very long. They supposed to connect us with fibre in our previous house. Actually, we lived in a unit. It took about 2 months for them to do it. After that, they had troubles with the owner of the other unit as he was unhappy about visible cables around his part of the house. So as it turned out they had not realized that this house has 2 different owners. It was an unpleasant experience.

Terrible!!! The sooner our contract ends the better! We still struggle with our connection. We're onto our 3rd modem now as you can't have more than 2 things connected to the internet at any one time. The email bill never matches what the actual account is. I've had arguments with one call centre lady there more than once when phoning. I had to tell her to write down the lights that were / weren't working during one of the phone calls as she couldn't get it right when repeating back to me. I'm so gutted we signed up with these guys! What a huge mistake!!
