They switched our location quickly when we moved house however accidentally charged more. This was rectified quickly with one ph call. Unfortunately I am tied into a 2 year contract which is now problem since I need to switch to a provider that has better coverage in Bethells beach Auckland as they are limited by Chorus only providing ADSL and am faced with a huge exit fee :( Lifestyles and requirements change fast in Auckland would be great to have cheaper internet based on what speed u get ie ADSL super slow should be cheaper and a lower exit fee.

Choosing the right plan from the options provided depends on your specific internet needs, budget, and location.

Here's a breakdown to help you make an informed choice:

  • Unlimited ADSL/VDSL - $95 per month

Best for: This plan is suitable if you're in an area where fiber is not available, or you don't need extremely high-speed internet.

Speed: Up to 24 Mbps for ADSL, up to 70 Mbps for VDSL.

Use it when: You engage in basic web browsing, email, and light streaming, but not data-intensive tasks like 4K streaming or heavy online gaming.

  • Unlimited Fibre - $95 per month

Best for: If you're in an area with fiber availability and need fast and reliable internet for streaming, online gaming, or remote work.

Speed: 300 Mbps average download, 100 Mbps average upload.

Use it when: You have multiple devices, engage in HD streaming, online gaming, or work from home, and want a solid connection.

  • Unlimited Fibre Max - $109 per month

Best for: If you demand the highest speeds and want a future-proofed connection.

Speed: 920 Mbps average download, 500 Mbps average upload.

Use it when: You are a power user, engage in 4K streaming, gaming, large file uploads, or if you have a busy household with numerous devices that require fast and stable connections.

When choosing your plan, consider the following factors:

  • Location

Check if fiber is available in your area. If not, you may need to choose from the ADSL/VDSL options.

  • Budget

Review your budget and choose a plan that fits comfortably within your monthly expenses.

  • Internet Usage

Evaluate your internet habits. If you frequently stream, game, or work from home, you may want the speed and reliability of a fiber plan.

  • Future Needs

Consider your future needs. If your internet usage is likely to increase over time, a faster plan may be more beneficial.

  • Contract

All the plans have the benefit of an open contract, which offers flexibility. If you're uncertain about a long-term commitment, this is a positive feature.

  • User Reviews

Read Voyager reviews and ask for recommendations from people in your area for insights into the service quality.

Your choice should align with your specific internet requirements, the availability of services in your area, and your budget.

The information provided in the plan descriptions will help you select the right option for your needs.

I was a little hesitant to stay on the call when I first picked up but I’m glad I stayed until I did. Josua Legavai was the lovely lady taking care of me. She was so friendly, clear and helpful. She helped me understand everything I needed to and explained everything with great detail. I am still young and learning and have just moved into a new home with my son so I’m grateful she was able to help me today.

I'm so happy I asked Glimp for help, to find a service provider that suits our family's budget, without losing quality and unlimited data on both our mobile phones and broadband. Mele Falahola is a Comparison Specialist from Glimp and she was amazing from the beginning. Mele located the right service provider for our needs that will save us money!, fulfil our usage and more! compared to what we were using. My wife and I even asked for a comparison on our electricity bill. Mele responded immediately once she saw our monthly bills and compared it to another provider that not only do not required a contract to stick too (like the mobile and broadband provider Mele recommended) but their price per kWh was so much better! Which is why we changed that also. Thank you Mele and Glimp for your help. We can now look forward to our Christmas holiday in the Cook Islands from what we can now save. :-)
