Worst electricity company i dealt with ever. Just to get in touch with customer service takes hours and might take weeks to resolve an issue and the customer service are so unprofessional and rude. Biggest waste of time. Not suitable for people with busy lives.

very expensive because I'm a low user, in an attempt to reduce my account I turned off the hot water and only turn it on 2-3 hours a day. They investigated me and replaced the old meter. The costs went up this year because they started charging a daily supply charge as well.The harder I try to make my bill cheaper and affordable the more expensive the power becomes. I would change but I dont want a smart meter.

Previously to joining Powershop i was always oweing larges amounts of money to power companies but since being with Powershop I have always been ahead in my power, the Powershop app makes it incredibly easy to manage your usage. Can not recommend Powershop enough

We are very satisfied with Powershop, we've found them the cheapest we got rang awhile ago from another company saying that we were cheaper so we changed but it was costing more so we changed bsck to Powershop and couldn't be happier. They also sort any problems out straight away and if we need a bit longer paying our bill they always give the extra time which was a big help when we had a final read to pay plus charges at the new house.

We have been with Nova briefly and appalled with their customer service. So appalled I have felt compelled to lay a complaint.

They have been great to deal with since day one. Even helpful with getting a smart meter installed and sorting the over charges on my bill due to the extremely old meters
