Frank Energy customer support would have to be the absolute worst l have ever encountered....they are rude and never delivery on any promises they make specifically the online chat customer support. Truly horrible

Terrible service. I ORDERED LAST WEEK ON Thursday. Today is Monday night . Still not delivered gas bottles. I can't cook and hot water.. They didn't keep the schedule. I have a baby and disability guy member of family. I needed stay to motel weekend.

I find they are very expensive and do not have the greatest payment options. They lack something along the lines of smooth pay, and instead you pay the amount in full or organise your own AP/BP.

We have saved so much money since switching 2 months ago. Our power bill would just be abysmal if we'd stayed with Trustpower.

Love this company my bill has never been over $230. My home is very comfortable and warm during winter. I feel like I don't need to watch my usage and compromise on comfort

I got behind with my power bill and currently have direct debits going out so unfortunately I don't get the early payment discount and can't switch if I owe money but, I am considering switching when my bill is paid in full.

Have been with them for 5 years and havr never had a problem. Bills are never over 200. 2 adults, 3 kids min of 4 baths/showers every day.

Pretty good customer service. Bills can be a bit confusing. I use direct debit of a certain amount a week it's a easy smooth process. They just switched me to a smart meter which was very easy with great communication Much cheaper than my previous provider. (.genesisenergy)

Jordan was patient, pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made sure that I understood all the steps and was clear and concise in her replies. Jordan first verified that I was the person paying the bills and ascertained that my husband had already expressed a change to Pulse but wanted to speak with me first. As we are both older, we appreciate that Jordan had taken the time to ensure that we understood the importance of a smart meter as there are two dwellings on this meter.

Very clear and concise information. Great price comparison for saving money on our monthly bills! Thanks Issac and Glimp! I can't wait to pass these savings on to my hard working family Adding onto my review as I think this is totally unacceptable to have people call you about switching companies and you agree to change and go through the process with Glimp and then get phone calls from supposed companies BEFORE you even get the email offer from supposed companies.

Filomena had amazing customer service! She was very polite and respectful. She also was great at listening to my needs and offering solutions with options that had great savings. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option. If I decide to go ahead I would choose to go have her help me again. Everything was good at the Glimp end but still haven't heard from the energy company that you suggested. Clearly they either don't want the business or you never advised them.
