You can’t connect to the internet with a third-party modem if you’re subscribed to any Skinny Broadband plan. The modem is included for free if you choose a 12-month term but must be paid upfront if you choose No Pesky Term.
If you're on wireless broadband service, you can take relocate your modem with you anywhere. Enter your new address in the Skinny Address Checker to check if you can take your modem with you.
