Can I pay for my broadband plan online?

You may use the My Contact Energy app to add utilities, inclusions, and pay for your plan. It’s available on the App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.

Can I add fibre to my existing account with Contact Energy?

You can add broadband to your account by going to ‘My Account' on the website or app.

Broadband is available for as low as $59.99 per month when added to any current power and gas plan, and for as low as $64.99 per month when added to any existing electricity plan. These are available for Fast Fibre connections only.

Do I get a free modem with Contact Energy Fibre?

You get a free modem with your Contact Energy broadband plan (postage and handling charges costs $14.99)
