The insured vehicle is eligible for Quest Roadside Assistance and can make up to three callouts per year. For assistance, phone Quest direct on 0800 229 059. You need to quote your policy number and vehicle registration number upon contact.
In addition to the standard roadside assistance coverage, Quest offers the following benefits up to a $500 claim limit. If the vehicle undergoes insured repairs after being authorised, the owner is entitled to these additional benefits.
A comprehensive car insurance policy and MBI both provide a variety of services for your vehicle. While comprehensive insurance can cover third-party damage to your car, mechanical insurance only covers the mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle. Quest Insurance offers both policies separately.
If the insured vehicle is returned to the vendor/dealer or if you are dissatisfied with the coverage, notify Quest within 14 days of purchase. They will refund any premiums you have paid provided that no claim has been made under the policy.

I was a little hesitant to stay on the call when I first picked up but I’m glad I stayed until I did. Josua Legavai was the lovely lady taking care of me. She was so friendly, clear and helpful. She helped me understand everything I needed to and explained everything with great detail. I am still young and learning and have just moved into a new home with my son so I’m grateful she was able to help me today.
