Like an extended car warranty, Autolife mechanical insurance doesn’t cover routine maintenance and wear and tear of your vehicle. Although you can buy several repair coverage for a set number of kilometres. When it comes to paying your premiums, you have the option of paying weekly, fortnightly, or monthly using your credit card or directly from your bank.
There’s a 21-day waiting period before you can file a claim.
If you decide to purchase insurance Autolife, you have 7 days to review the policy's terms and conditions. If you choose not to continue with the policy, you need to provide written notice within 7 days of receipt.
Autolife accepts most cars that have been NZ-registered after running 2,000 kilometres and have gone less than 200,000 kilometres. If your car doesn’t meet these requirements, you can reach out to their customer support for more options.
Autolife’s insurance products provide cover for 12 months, which you can renew immediately after its expiration.
